Terrible Bank

If I could give Berkshire Bank a negative rating or a zero, I would. It's too bad you can't. This bank has been a disaster from the getgo. My bank was bought by them and everything from the transition to the follow up to the day to day LACK of concern about the customer experience is just SAD.

These are good people when its hard to be good people in the banking world. Were about to see how good a people they are but for right now we highly recommend them to the clients of both Allston & Bay Colony Antiques.
