I purchased a lifetime membership to Benzinga and Benzinga Pro a few years ago. I truly regret having done so. While the website does provide useful information for traders, there are two serious issues that the website has not been able to address in the 3 years I have been with the service. First, they market the fact that trade alerts will get sent out via your desktop computer, the phone app, and via email. It is rare that I ever get any notifications and, if they do come, they are several hours late, so late to be useless. Second, their customer support is terrible. They have not provided me support to address these issues, despite numerous emails, phone calls, and messages sent on their desktop app. The bottom line is I think they have no idea what they are doing with their notifications or how to address issues. I belong to multiple trading websites, and I get every notification from these other sites. If you are thinking of joining Benzinga, seriously think twice. If you really want to give it a go, then insist on a trial membership. I have asked them to refund my money and terminate my membership, and they refuse. Trader Beware!
As we see there is no website claim on this site, so their marketing strategy is very poor so the chances are i wont invest with them, in the near future.
