Benefit Cosmetics

I have not received my order. The only way to contact their customer service is by automated email with an automated reply. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers. Obviously an indication of how they view their customers. I will never buy Benefit again and eventually other people with vote with their feet too. Does anyone out there know how to actually talk to a Benefit customer service employee? I suspect not. Disgraceful company.

Bought several items on their online website during Black Friday weekend. After waiting for more than 2 weeks for my order to be delivered, it came in a dirty and smashed packaged. The products inside got smashed and there were some black bits/dirt too. I sent pictures to their customer service email back and forth, and then I just had a call with them. I explained that this order was for Christmas gifts and there is no way I could give my nieces smashed boxes with dirt. Their response? Sorry not sorry, the items are "still usable" so no replacement for you. Heck no, this is probably the worst customer service I've ever received from any major big brands/retailers in the US. Nah, never buy benefits products from their website again. This experience left an awful impression that I may even stop using their products altogether.

I recently tried their 'Precisely, my brow' pencil and I loved it. It's really easy to use and the colour match was perfect for my brows - not too warm toned. The packaging is also really charming. You cannot buy directly from Benefit if you're in Australia, but they are stocked in various stores such as Myer.

Benefit Cosmetic Brow Bar wax burns, skin torn off under both brows left bleeding, swelling and scarring and in pain only to find same technician has well documented photo burning other customers at a second Benefit Cosmetic Brow Bar location and should have never been in a position to repeatedly scar customers. Staff is lackadaisical, pre-occupied chatting with anyone walking by, does NOT follow safety standards. Benefit Cosmetic does not stand behind it's Brand or Services. Avoid!

I love super thin brow pencils so thought this would be great however it was a fail. No matte how small I tried to make the pencil (1 to 2 mm) it still broke off as a tiny hard chunk, Bought it from a shoppers retailer at Shoppes of Don Mills. Emailed Benefit who said I could take back to retailer, but that's too far from me so I'll just kiss my $40 good bye, Going back to Dior one that I've never had that problem with. Even Rimmel ones ok

I own many products from Benefit including almost all of their brow products, all of their concealers and a mini eyeshadow palette and Roller Lash Mascara. I always come back to Benefit's brow products the most out of anything. Their pencils, volumising gel and clear brow setters are my favourites. They make brows look NATURALLY beautiful. Their concealers are also pretty good but I would recommend the brightening concealer the most - it was the only one that didn't make me break out after use. I wouldn't recommend eyeshadow from Benefit as you could get a much better one from another cosmetics brand such as Too Faced or Morphe, but their mascaras are pretty decent. For someone who has non-existent Asian eyelashes, the Roller Lash Mascara did quite a lot for me.

Benefit offers such good and affordable options for people out there interested in makeup and skincare budget products! Always interested to checkout their stand in sephora!

Why email codes that do not work? I attempted ALL WEEKEND to use codes that were emailed to me. DISAPPOINTING! I emailed customer service and they were NO HELP! DO BETTER!
