Terrible customer service it has been two weeks now. All I have is a tracking number for Canada Post which can not be found on their site. Sent message to BEMION last week no reply as of yet. Already spoke with credit card company, just in case. Any communication would be nice, email, text concerning shipment of product. It is paid for. First and last time for sure.
STAY AWAY from Bemion. These people will not provide a return address if you are dissatisfied and want to return the junk you unfortunately ordered from them. Personally, I think that they are a front company for some back-alley Chinese rip-off company. I am going after them through a dispute mechanism through Mastercard. Ripped off customers need to dispute the charges. Hopefully, the credit card companies will then refuse to deal with them.

My problem began with my own mistake ordering a product supposedly on sale from Bemion without checking other sources for it such as Amazon. I was surfing to find out about what a Magic Cooler was because my AC went kaput and I needed something until I was able to fix it. I came upon the Bemion website and was drawn in by a limited time only scheme Ii now know was meant to entrap. I paid supposed 1/2 price of an Arctic Air Magic Cooler from them at $142. But afterward found out the same item is available on Amazon for $21. Bemion's return policy is abysmal. I have attempted to return the cheaply made unit but their rep told me I had to pay a 30% restocking charge. I refused saying that their return policy said nothing about a restocking charge. Now I am waiting for their RMA#. If I do not receive one in 3 days I am going to call my credit card company; have the payment cancelled; change the PiN number on my credit card; report them to the BBB. I learned a valuable lesson about online purchasing.
Purchased a Infrared Thermometer from Bemion. Took 8 weeks to get. It was out of box failure. Spoke with Kristinne Buenviaje customer service from Bemion. She said I have to return it to Hangzhou Zhejiang China at my cost. That is total unaccepteable for me. It would cost me more than the product is worth. She said i should have read their policy before I purchased this product from them.

I ordered the Bemion intelligent toy on November 18,2020 and it never arrived.
I sent an email on December 24 and received an email from Kristinne Buenviaje on December 26,2020 saying my order was not in the system. I responded and up to December 31/20 no response.
I would never order from this company again and will put this notice in all social media's to stay clear from this ripoff company.
I ordered in January - money charged to my credit card that day - but not receiveed and no answers to my emails
