Terrible customer service it has been two weeks now. All I have is a tracking number for Canada Post which can not be found on their site. Sent message to BEMION last week no reply as of yet. Already spoke with credit card company, just in case.
Any communication would be nice, email, text concerning shipment of product. It is paid for.
