It is definitely a scam company in my opinion. If you want to return something, they come up will all sorts of different return instructions that will not work.

Answer:

They only have e-mail. They either respond to you or do not. If they discover that you are not budging, and are not accepting their suggestion that you keep the item if they send you $20 (yes, they actually suggested that), then they stop answering you.
