I wish I can give 0 stars. First I want to start off by saying word of mouth is everything. This company is a scam. So I made a purchase and my bag is stuck in customs and as I am told by UPS be stuck for months. Originally the company told me it missed the plane but its still in turkey. I am beyond heated! This is a birthday gift and now the company will not respond to me after they got over $500 of my money! I can not call there and after reading their refund policy this is a huge scam! Their address is a apartment number. UPS is telling me that since it's Ramadan and covid no one there is working so the government is holding my package. I never heard of such BS! I don't care what it is! I paid for something and I want my items. Now I have to buy my mom something else. The bad part is this is something she been wanting for two years now and I finally got it and this happens. Please do not waste your time with this company. I dont know how I will get my money back now!
I am here almost a month later after making a purchase. I have yet to receive my item, they have failed to refund my money back or even respond to my request. This is the worst mistake I have ever made, this just shows I should have went to the store and paid the actual price. I had to get my bank involved.
I purchased a purse from this website on feb 8, I have yet to receive my purchase. Each time I try to track the order it's still showing that it's in the same place. I reached out to the seller via what's app to get some info. The someone responded and told me that it's not usual for this to happen pretty much and they will get back to me. I sent another message a day after as I have not heard back on the status of the order but I got no response. Well today is 2/22 and I am yet to receive my order. I am very disappointed and will be taking further actions to get my money back.
