I had two of the same belt that I ordered sized 34. I had lost some weight so they became too big. I ordered a size 32 expecting the belt to be 2"s smaller but it was 5 inches smaller. My wife has a new belt now. Nice quality but totally unreliable sizing.
It took to long to be delivered, waited too long for the product
It took longer than expected for the belt to arrive, but it apparently got hung up in the US Postal Service system. When it arrived, too small. Contacted BeltOutlet by email and within 5 minutes they responded, are sending the right size, and sent a prepaid USPS label for the return. Very pleasant customer service and communication
Tried to access and order on desktop pc but the website wasn't working. I could never get it to take me to men's web belts, so no i have to use my phone to order and the screen is not very big
After receiving my order of (2) two belts, I found them to be the wrong size 42, and requested an exchange for size 44. I was only permitted to return (1) one belt on my order. I kept the one size 42 black, and received the size 44 brown, in exchange.
My overall experience was fair, but had no advance notice that the one belt was not returnable. "Not real happy."
Great experience. We needed a new belt after losing some weight so I didn't know what size to re-order and the salesperson was able to figure it out from the measurement I gave him of distance between the new holes from the first hole and the size of the previous belt we got from you last year.
Also delivery was fast.
This is the second belt I've purchased.
I like the quality of these belts. The holes that the buckle goes through are the feature I like best. Is there anything I would change? No. Unless $#*!ies wants to give them away for free.

Ordering and receiving my belts was no problem. However I ordered size 38 and all 3belts in my order when compared to all my other belts measured 36, even though they were 38. They all are to small. Should of said they ran small. I would like to be able to wear them because they are excellent but I can't.
Well, I ordered 2 belts. Prices were great and ordering was easy.
When the package arrived, 1 belt was missing. It was lost in the system and Nevers shipped. I was reimbursed promptly but would have limed to get the belt anyways...
I bought a short sleeve red v neck tee shirt that was too large on me. This company sent me a smaller size and I don't have to return the large one. They recommended I give it to charity - and I will!

I purchased two different suspenders and a belt. I love the suspenders, but the belt is too short. I need a bigger belt. But the quality of the material I am pleased with. And all in all I would shop there again and refer others I know to do the same.
The ordering process for ordering my item was very easy but, I was very upset that a hat was shipped without even as much as tissue paper around it for some protection. When I got the package it had been re-taped by the Post Office and the top part of the box wasn't even sealed tight. I could see the hat before I opened the box. Better care should have been made to protect the hat from damage.

I wear a size 2 or 4 pants. Ordered a size small belt as always. The belt on the hole closest to the buckle fit snuggly. I needed a size medium but did not have the time for delivery. I already paid extra for expedited delivery.
Had to return several items that I had originally purchased. Assistance I received was prompt and without incident with no argument. Replacement items were received in a timely and prompt fashion as promised.

The above was a comment that I made after placing my first order. In less than 24 hours I received a response from Customer Service. I used my 'first-order' 10% code so they refunded me an additional 10% to my account. They then provided me with another discount code, good until 12/31/23.
