I ordered sample yoga pants to use for re-branding with my work on the 20th. The product did not ship until the 28th and was not received until the 5th of February.
I contacted customer service because they sent the incorrect product (it does not match what is shown on the website) and they offer me a $3 coupon for a future order. Not acceptable. I emailed them and this is the reply I received today, February 8;
"Hello, We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the item(s) ordered. We could arrange an exchange or a return for refund. As per our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping fee. Returned item(s) must be in the original, undamaged inside plastic bag and with tags intact. Alternatively, we could offer you a 20% refund without the hassle and cost of shipping the returned products to us. If this is what you prefer, please let us know. If you would like to proceed with the return, our mailing address is as follows: Name:Arch Ebusiness (Geeko) Address:******* Marlay Ave City:Fontana State:CA Zip code:******* Country: US After shipping the items back, please send us a photo of the receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight of the package and the tracking number. It's such a good website the dress i got was amazing
I thought the quality, design and price were spot on! However, I ordered a XL thinking that should be okay, I'm usually a UK16, large or occasionally XL, but I couldn't get the skirt on! Very disappointing, but fortunately I have two daughters who it fitted. I will try again soon

An item was out of stock that I ordered. Instead of giving me a refund, I was given a coupon that wasn't even equivalent to the price I paid for the item. It was less! It was annoying that I had to take the time to reach out to customer service to get my refund for the item I wasn't going to receive.
I searched online for fitted onesie & stumbled across BelleWholesale. As it's my 1st onesie I went safe, buying the plain black. I'm happy with what I received so I will buy more in future
