1. They sell fake products - no authentic as on the picture
2. They don't have products on stock - less than half of the products in my orders were available - after 2 weeks waiting to be shipped.
3. I canceled my orders and now I have been waiting more than 30 working days for the refund, although their own deadline was30 w. Days. It is too long to wait so much. And still I haven't got my refund back.
True cheaters - they owe me more than 450 dollars and 3 months can't get items or money back!
I just received my dresses and Im so disappointed. They are extremely low quality and so different to the one I have paid for. Very poor quality, and cheap looking

This is a scam - avoid at all costs. I paid for express delivery - still no dresses, weeks on. Ive asked to cancel my order and refund. Laura at their Customer Service pretends to be extremely thick and just replies with rubbish like return the dresses and well refund you. I DONT HAVE THE DRESSES.

My pair of shoes and clothes was delivered at the said time. The products delivered were of good quality at a cheap price tag, they have amazing customer service personnel too. I think they are the best to transact with when it comes to online fashion shopping.

Crap service! I order some shirts from June 13th after 1 month still nothing, I contacted Bellalike twice by emails to have my money back
Every time they give me a crap traking number that show a order in China! If you order for the summer and receive in winter be careful!

From last few past years, I exist in the world of internet and tried many websites of purchasing products and getting things online. But I don't know I wasn't satisfy with their service and quality. Few months ago, I found website aqilabuy and I am proud to say that this is the amazing platform which I came across. The thing which I have found on this platform is quality and quantity. I have found this platform as amazing as they are easy to connect and their customer service is especially very helpful to the clients for making deals.
I got my order on time and it was perfectly done. I thank this company for their honesty and integrity when doING business. Another thing that impressed what the prompt delivery of the order. Thank you very much
I had to pay to return the clothes and its been over 3 months and they are still saying that the refund is in process.
They email me the exact same thing once a week which is obviosly a template.
I dont know what to do as they still owe me 150 pounds

After doing some research, I found this site and was so happy I did. Made up my order and haven't regretted it since got the stuff in a timely fashion and everything fit great.
Just confirming I am still waiting... ordered a top 2 months ago, they said 7-15 days... still hasn't arrived. Now feel pretty sure I will be disappointed when I do get it. At least now when I track it, it shows up as having made it to some Chinese mail depot. (Don't know where can't read chinese) By the way, a lot of the positive reviews here look very fake. Yep, I will be not be using Bellalike again.
I was scared to order looking at the online reviews, but I tried to find out the reality of the website myself. The moment my clothes arrived, I was pleased to see my order exactly similar to what it was described.

I have never written a review before and now I am going out of my way to warn others. This site is a scam. After I ordered a blouse from their website, I did not get a notification of shipping or processing so I emailed them after 10 days. I received a response that my item would be shipped within 72 hours. Over ONE MONTH LATER I finally received my blouse. It looked nothing like the picture was a child's size. The material is cheap and again, looks NOTHING LIKE the picture. I emailed the company requesting a refund and thier response was basically too bad so sad. Ordering from this site is basically just throwing money away.
Very bad waiting time for delivery. The site says up to 14 days but its been nearly two months and its still hasnt left China!

It took quite a while(read-more than two months) for my dress to arrive. Also, the staff member I emailed many times about the order told me a couple of times it will be shipped soon and that kind of stuff but it did not happen, I had to persuade them to ship it in the end by telling them I want my money back.
The dress came out smaller than the measurements I selected, but what is there to expect.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Be careful on buying through this people. My order never arrived and after 1 month I am waiting for a refund. Service Desk keeps stating "I apologize... you will receive your refund... our financial department is working on your refund... etc... etc..." but actually you never see your money back!
Ordered a blouse and a jumpsuit. Received jumpsuit 6 weeks after order and the zipper is sewn shut and crooked. Never received blouse that I paid for. Have written numerous emails for return instructions with NO REPLY.
