Just got my muscle stimulator, which is well-packaged. It arrived in a week and works as described. I wanted to order one more for my brother and asked if they could give me a discount. The customer service is very responsive and sent me an exclusive coupon code! Thanks a lot.

Took my money, not received it after months.

They copy videos from other brands, even the brand names and content to mislead customers into thinking they own or work with the brand. They deleted all the negative comments and even posts altogether where people were angrily asking for refunds.

They operate from HongKong/China and I think they also own another website called shopperholiday.com, which is a fraud too

Guys please save your money and REPORT them to BBB. I've done so!

I acquired an equipment from this shop that is not working properly and I am unable to contact customer support. They state it is from Nourish Belle, to which they state they are an official retailer. Nourish Belle confirmed they do not have any retailers, which makes this a complete scam. On the site all the reviews give a 5 star evaluation and tried to write a review giving one star and explaining my case and the review was not published... TOTAL SCAM, avoid this webshop

I ordered a neckpillow from this company since they said they were an "official neckpillow retailer" & based in the united states. What I got was a cheep knockoff from china labeled as a "travel pillow " measuring about 1/ the size of the official neckpillow. Now to get a refund after fileing a dispute through PayPal im told I must return tob china addresd with proof & tracking data. The pillow cost $39.75 & the cost to ship it to china is between $81 & $115. This company is a fraud & makes it impossible to return for the refund.
