Its been 3 weeks from NJ to Arizona. Returning product if it arrives. Or filing a chargeback if it doesnt.

Wish I could place negative 100+ review...
Order placed on line & never received...Left numerous msgs daily after two weeks for status & never received one callback or response to my emails sent...I work at American Express in Litigation & finally got another # than primary on website & supposedly in Corp...I had a death in family so hd to go out of town & requested pkg (over $100) be delivered to local UPS, but never recd there either...delivered to another address that does not exist & finally spk to Fabian in their supposedly Corp office who sd he wd handle with his locate USPS rep as had insurance.
No callback...USPS Corp Resolution opened case as long line of complaints on shipper...
I am filing complaint on every website & Better Business Bureau in State of NJ...RUN...
Don't walk away from this crooked business.
The pkg was insured & shipper should have filed claim & followed through...I only have 600+ contacts on Social Media to help me spread warning about this company...
I should have read so many other reviews...

I placed an order for an two items, one that was never shipped even though I received an email saying both items were delivered and my card was charged; and the other item, a much smaller can of hairspray than I thought I had ordered. After several unsuccessful phone calls and emails, I was refunded for the the item that wasn't shipped and told it was out of stock, even though it's still being advertised on their website. However, I wanted to exchange the small can of hairspray for a much larger can for the same price, but was told I would have to pay the shipping fees to return it.
I will never order anything from this company again. Seems to me, they're using bait and switch to get you to buy their products but then don't have them in stock. I also feel that if it was a reputable company, they would have just exchanged the hairspray, as I asked, without charging me shipping fees.

Ordered 2 each of 2 items. Received 2 of 1 item not the other. Packing slip shows the second item crossed off but because UPS shows that the package was delivered BPS insists the order was complete and did not offer a credit for the undelivered product(s). Trying to contact them is fruitless because you just get a recording instructing you to contact them by email (which I did several times) but in their email replies they still insist the package was delivered.

Incomplete order
June 29, 2023

Do not order products online from this company. I ordered two 32 ounce Redken conditioners. When my order arrived there was only one bottle and the invoice clearly showing that I ordered and paid for two. I phoned and emailed the company. I never received a response.
