“Sold out of stock, charged and sent unordered items”

This is the only communication from this company. (If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at *******@beautykrew.com) I sent multiple emails as there return policy requested with Order #, invoice #, my phone number, name, address. Requesting return number and refund for the 3 wigs I purchased on line that I did not receive. This is my message to them. No wigs for wedding... Are you kidding me! No wigs... Some kind of small packages of hair. Regarding this box. Something is wrong. You will see I have not even fully opened it. It looked too small. I said this does not look like 3 wigs. So I slipped my finger down one side of the tape. I got a glimpse of small packages. You can not even imagine how much grief this has caused. Please send return number. Refund. Was charged 110.62 for wigs I Did not receive. Thank you. PS. Sorry for multiple emails. Scrambling to find another source for wigs. We had trouble looking for your number, then reading the return policy. Then discovered this email, then many helping people here. Below is a picture of the mostly unopened box. Tape twisted. Flap out. No customer service. No communication. Charged me for items in box I did not order. Sold out of stock merchandise then charged me for and sent something else. It looks like another return.

This was my second time ordering from beautykrew. My first order prepared me for my second order, which totaled $172. I received all of the products ordered, with the exception of a wig cap. When confirming my order, I discovered that one of the hair was different from what I ordered. The name of the product was the same, but the hair piece was different. I've sent a total of four, maybe five, emails to beautykrew, as there is no telephone number for the business, and received two responses from someone who works at beautykrew, only after I contacted Amazon pay. The First Response asked for a picture of the item I originally ordered. I did that. The second email from them asked for a picture of the item sent. I did that. To date, I have not heard from beautykrew regarding a resolution, nor have they corrected the order. I have since filed a claim with amazonpay for reimbursement of the incorrect hair piece and missing wig cap. While I appreciate the products, the customer service stinks. Therefore, when I receive a compliment on the hairpiece, I caution prospective buyers bye-bye telling them my story... about the lack of customer service. Most people will order from you based upon a recommendation, but as soon as they find out that they will experience difficulty if something goes wrong, they will, most likely, choose not to order. My recommendation is to weigh the facts and make your decision based upon the reviews. You can't go wrong there.
