User Hi. I have not got the delivery of the product that I ordered 3 months back ( #*******). Firstly, I never received a call or mail from the delivery agent. Secondly I enquired in the local post office and they mentioned that the package is not with them. Customer care agents stopped responding to my mails citing package is undeliverable and have not issued a refund yet. It is a very bad customer experience. After paying for the shipment, I had to do multiple follow ups with beauty bridge and spend time and effort to visit the local POs and yet no resolve here.
Please value your customers. 90 days and still waiting for a resolve/refund.
