I ordered Bubble moisturizer and was worried it wouldn't come after reading all of these negative reviews but it came! I even wrote them an email since it was one day late and I was so worried, and they got back to me asap with shipping updates. Very happy with my product purchase! Will be repurchasing!
Please never buy from this company. They sell their own brand items, which describes as absolutely amazing items. I bought hair care products, which resulted in hair loss and my be unable to brush my hair. I have emailed advising of the issue, and asking for how can i return it. THE company advised me to stop using product immediately and in next email said they not gonna accept return since the product is open.

I received an email saying it was delivered, but I never got it. Emailed the company and was told to ask all my neighbors (I live in an apartment building). I checked, got the log of deliveries from my building…and then the back and forth with customer service began. At least 3 emails before I filled out their 'form' correctly - which was nothing more that a few lines inserted in the email body. And now that there is apparently nothing left to criticize about the info I've provided, it has been absolute silence. I would NEVER order from them again.

I did not receive my parcel last week, the ongoing emails back and forth all week with "customer service " was horrendous, no compassion and lack of support.
Apparently my parcel was given to a neighbour which was not the case as the only photo they could show was the delivery guy holding my parcel and not the neighbour...NOT HELPFUL and unprofessional...

Shipping took its sweet time and even when I finally received my package, they sent me two of the same eyeshadow palettes when I was supposed to get two different ones. Don't be deceived by the clean/professional/trust-worthy looking website, you'll have a much better time just ordering from Ulta or something. Don't waste your time. Thankfully I got a deal, so my order was only $23 so I didn't waste extra money on this website. If you want something cheap and you're okay with risking all of these things like prolonged shipping w/ very little updates, possibly receiving the wrong product, fighting w/ customer service, etc. then sure, go for it, I guess. Just don't be surprised if you end up regretting it.

Placed an order and can't even get something as basic as an order confirmation! Seeing all those bad reviews about your shipping performance on the internet I'm starting to regret purchasing from you. I'm in touch with your CS already getting nowhere.
I've now asked for order cancellation, again, silence at the other end.
Update: ultimately items were shipped despite missing order confirmation.
I ordered a shrek advent calendar on November 27th and here it is December 20th and still no package. Beauty Bay has done nothing to resolve this issue. Just keep emailing me the same response delays are out of their control. I will not order from this company again because it's obvious they are just in the business of taking customers money but when it comes to customer service or customer satisfaction they could care less!
I don't recommend this website to anyone, be careful! I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago, yet, I didn't receive my package! And they are charging me almost 20 USD for the shipping with 2 - 4 days after dispatch

Placed order on 10th Dec. Received notice that order was with courier and in the Fastway Hub on 14th Dec. Its now 12th January and still nothing. Multiple emails to Muhamed in customer services but they are refusing to refund as according to him my order is still in transit. Contacted fastway and they said they my order is missing. Very frustrating and annoying. Do not order from them
Speaking as an Australian consumer, my biggest peeve with this company would have to be the standard in which Beauty Bay packs their deliveries. I can only speak on my own experiences, but I would be very grateful to, for once, receive a package that hasn't been horribly damaged during it's commute. I understand that there is not much a company can do for a package once it's left the warehouse, but measures such as: wrapping fragile glass items in hex wrap, or using packaging filler to fill empty spaces in the shipping box -- would go a long way in providing added protection to the packages being sent out.
Ordered placed 6th October, still not delivered. Beauty Bay keep on saying they are investigating with the courier (Fastway) but no updates until I again place a bad review. Fastway have lost the parcel or the items in it and have informed me of this but Beauty Bay will not refund me or send another package. Same replies constantly from Beauty Bay - we will investigate but no follow up. Terrible Customer Service - I would advise to order from Look Fantastic instead.

I bought a Beauty Works hair curler for my daughter, chose this as it was supposed to work well with long hair. Not only did it not curl her hair, the product had clearly been used before as packaging was loose and included gloves were really dirty! Beauty Bay are refusing a return as they say I breached their returns policy by opening the packaging. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.
Would leave no stars if I could. Ordered Saturday for next day delivery (mother's day) and it's still hasn't arrived it's now Wednesday. Company claims they're looking into it. I've explained I don't want the product now it was meant to be a mother's day gift. Apparently nothing they can do at this point. Stay well clear of this scam company
I ordered makeup and beauty products for my daughter, I got one of the products the next day and thought the rest would arrive a day or two later, then when I saw that nothing was arriving I contacted them and they replied that if I hadn't taken a picture of the package I wasn't allowed to claim anything "per their policy"! Dreadful company, horrible customer service… I had never seen this in the UK before!
Beauty Bay currently have more than £800 of my money that they took for orders that they cancelled immediately (refusing to provide any explanation whatsoever) and that I placed again using alternative methods of payment before I realised that they were being dishonest. They took it last week and told me that I will need to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund. There is no option to speak to anyone on the phone and their customer services email just provides the same $#*! about being sorry for the disappointment and allowing up to 10 working days to receive a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable when they've taken nearly a thousand pounds for a product that never even left their warehouse.

Okay, the site is expensive and shipping takes a while, let's get that out of the way.
But if you're from Europe, this site is the only way to get certain items, as it's placed in the uk.
If you're from Europe, you can't buy anything over 22 euros outside of the EU without having to pay 30+ border customs, which gets annoying really quick.
If you're from the EU, this site is our solution to border customs, if you're from any other continent, there are better sites
So disappointed with my first time ordering from this company, item was a gift so ordered next day delivery and purchased a gift box, when it arrived part of the set was missing, after going back and forth with emails they eventually said I could have a partial refund on the set, no explanation as to what had happened or why they couldn't just send the replacement item and no refund of the fast delivery fee which was pointless, really poor customer service, would not recommend them.
Scammed by this website. Ordered a Sauna Blanked for £431.20 and a cloth insert for £79.20 Sadly the sauna blanket was faulty, so contacted beauty bay who sent a return shipping label. Good? Nope... Once they received the shipment back they only refunded the £79.20 and have not replied to any emails or live chat requests since... I placed my order over two weeks ago and have heard nothing since from the company. After contacting the customer service team, they told me they were having delivery issues for any orders placed after a certain date and orders may take longer as a result. My order, however was placed a number of days before this. When I input my tracking number into their website nothing comes up as though my order no longer exists. They have taken my money but give no response as to when I can expect my order. Fraudulent.
I personally really like the app it's really good and it's only flaw is that it takes a while to get to you but when It arrives everything is so good and for the price it's definitely worth the wait and I had just made my other purchase re-ordering the same products because I had finished them all from how good they were literally my Revlon contour palette is finished entirely and the Revlon lipgloss is so good that I had ordered every shade and it tastes like mint

I placed my order a month ago or so, but after it appeared as despatched the carrier site showed no clue of the package even tho i paid for tracked service... i waited about a week then contacted BB... first an automated response is what i've got, telling me to wait 25 work days for it to arrive... i understand and had no problem waiting due to pandemic situation and also 'cause for me is truly rare to receive an international package in less than a month but as my request was just to know where my package was at, i responded that email and got an answer back a day after, now from an agent, telling me my package got lost in i'ts way to the carrier and as for that my money was refunded back completely including shipping... my advice is to don't overflow attempts of reaching them, just be as clear as it can be in your few approaches, and maybe it's easier to have a response. After a week my money was back into my account. Luck to all! ;)
My order was charged on December 14, but never received. I tried to contact customers service, they have a message about responding in 8 days. Well, they don't. 3 emails (after 8 days), no reply. Had to order again from another website. Beware
