I placed an order 16 days ago still has not taken money from my account still have not received my shoes i have emailed they will not respond, i have called the number only to be told the person you are trying to reach is not available. On my account it says processing it has said this for 14 days this is the worst company i have ever dealt with they now have my bank information and theres nothing i can do about it very sketchy very poor service do yourself a favor and dont even bother

Stay away... Placed a order weeks ago. I was told to reorder and then they had 2 purchases showing tried to contact customer service the number goes to regular vcml. Then after 10 days I got a no reply email stating they will try to fix the issue. It is now 12days later the funds have placed back in my account but it still shows 2 orders on the site and my bank told me once you authorize a debit a company has 6 months to process. They have big xmas sale dont buy anything. Now im stuck 4 days from xmas and have 2 of the order with a site that has a non working number and will not respond to there emails and has access to 160.00 of my money for six months
