We are staying in a RV park in Yuma for the winter. The park supplied "free" wifi is useless as it is in most RV parks. I learned about Beamspeed from another guest in the park and decided to give it a try. It was connected today and I couldn't be happier. The installation took about 45 minutes. The antenna is strapped to the ladder on the rear of our trailer and the cable is routed past the slide seals so no holes need to be drilled. The installer made sure our laptop and iPhone connected before he left. I opted for the second tier speed as we don't stream video, probably should have tried the lower tier first and saved some money. You can upgrade to the next tier anytime ove the phone. We are showing a download speed of 72 Mbps. The best part is I didn't have to go to the competition's store to pick up the modem and they will arrange to have the equipment disconnected with 2 weeks notice so I don't need to return it myself either.
We had a wind storm that ripped our Wi-Fi tower thing off our house we called 14+ times to try and get it fixed about a month ago and they never once called us back we waited on hold finally a girl answered and then transferred us and waited on hold for 25 minutes then it hung up we called for days I work from home I lost my job couldn't pay rent so now I'm living in my car with a toddler and an infant

I am constantly getting the "you are connected but NO internet " message, VERY frustrating! Always seems to happen when I need internet access the most.
Tip for consumers:
Dont use it
