I never received my order and Beachsissi refused to give me a refund so I paid for 4 bathing suits I never received. Don't waste your time with this company, they absolutely suck.

This is my second time ordering from Beachsissi because I can't get over how amazing the swimwear is. Soooo worth it.

Tried to return items purchased that cost $145. The postage was $70 to return the items back to China and you have to return items within 7 days of receiving. How is that even possible. Total rip-off

I think the title says it all. I ordered several suits based on their sizing charts. They were incredibly missized, very small. Probably would fit a twelve year old great! Haha. When I went to exchange sizes I was told that was "inconvenient" for them. They offered three dollars a suit to keep them. You read correctly. THREE dollars per suit. Or I could ship back myself, which would cost as much as the suits themselves. I opened a dispute with Paypal. They were not helpful so through this experience I also learned not to use Paypal- your credit card offers much better protection from skeezy sites like this one.

I'm still waiting for my order, almost two months now. The tracking number does not work so
I've contacted them 4 times. They give me the same answer. It will be delivered soon. It probably will e if you believe in miracles Definitely will not order again.

I have made several orders by now from BeachSissi and loved all their bikinis and one piece bikinis. They have great quality

Ordered a swimsuit I was excited about- I had a trip coming up in 8 business days. Paid extra for shipping- 5-7 days- came on the 8th day so missed it. Once tried on- did not fit correctly, as is expected because swim suits can be difficult to love fit no matter the size. I go to return item and was given a return address in China. Making it not worth shipping any of their product back. The only other options were to get 1/2 off another (once again not assuring fit) OR receive $3 in reimbursement. So I paid $50 and get $3 back.
For a company that sales clothing and swimsuits- their return policy is absurd! Product was okay but be prepared to be committed!

I was very excited to receive a dress I ordered from Beachsissi only to be extremely disappointed once it arrived. The dimensions were very off (the top was so narrow and the flare part of the dress basically came from below my bust instead of my waist). The dress looked ridiculous when I put it on. I notified them right away only to be given 3 very unacceptable options - return and get 50% off another item, get $3 for my $40 dress purchase or return to CHINA with tracking for full refund. Well if you ever sent anything to CHINA you would find that it costs as much as my dress. Clearly, none of these were options. If I had known I could not easily and cost effectively return my purchase I never would have bought from them. They have a warehouse in the USA where products are shipped to you but nothing in the USA for returns. DO NOT BUY unless you don't want the option to return if you are not satisfied. It is absolutely ridiculous.
