Super cute bathing suit store, customer service is great! I m in love with this products!

I ordered four swimsuits and never received them, and after emailing back and forth with "customer service", they basically told me best of luck and I was not getting a refund. So 120$ down the drain. This company is based in China, so you can't expect a refund.

Amazing bikini and swimsuit.
The bikini is black and have a perfect shape, is comfy and looks great.

The swimsuit has a great flowerprint and the shape is also great.

I received the products before the estimated date, arrived in excellent condition, beatiful and very light fabrics, I'm happy to have worked with them and I was satisfied with them!

I ordered a bathing suit. It had a strange cut and did not fit well. On the package the return address said CA but when I asked to return the suit, my options were: 1. Get $3 back and keep suit, 2 order something else for 50% or 3. Send it back to China (which would have cost $17 plus a fee for insurance). None of those options were fair and reasonable. Also I did not like the bathing suit fabric.

I'm loving my summer pieces are very beautiful and comfortable great quality super bikini and clothes from this wonderful brand.

I ordered 4 items and only received 2 out of the 4 items! Contacted the customer service and they are basically calling my a liar! I have Absolutely no reason to lie about items that I did Not receive! I want To return the items that I received And be refunded for the items I NEVER RECEIVED and they will not refund me my money! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and I WILL SPREAD THE WORD!
DO NOT ORDER FROM BEACHSISSI!

It's a wonderful brand! I recommend it! I love the quality! I'm falling in love every time I wear it!

The web is really nice, the shipping really quick and the quallity really good. The olny "problem" i see is that the sizes are a little bit Bigger than expected

Recived two of the bikinis, and i love it! Super nice quality and the fit is amazing, really happy with my order.

Their website says you're able to make returns, just email them. Then upon emailing them they tell you it's inconvenient. The return is in China, and they say it could get stuck in customs. With something as difficult as finding proper fitting swimwear they need a better system for returns/exchanges. Seems scammy. So be careful if you order many with thought of returning the ones that fit poorly. I would not order from them again.

I never write reviews like this but I had such an awful experience that I feel inclined to warn others. The customer service I received was terrible. The items I ordered don't fit and not to mention really cheaply made. They will not let me exchange or return the items. They gave me an option to buy another item half off instead which doesn't help me at all. There are many other companies I would recommend instead. Beware of this company!

The bikinis I choose are very beautiful. Correct size and perfect material. Wide choice for all sizes and great price.

Almost impossible to return product to China. They are good about communicating with you about how to return your suit, but the options amount to "Picking your Poison". Cost me $36.99 to learn always check reviews of a site before you purchase an item! ( Something I always do, but didn't this time- MY BAD!
