Wonderful communication

Wonderful people to work with. Jessi communicated constantly, and stayed on top of the difficulty getting my large tv up two flights of stairs. She made sure two men would make the delivery. I would definitely buy from Beach Camera again!

If I need a camera and ebay just won't cut it (lol), beach camera (in Florida) will hook you up. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is top notch (in my opinion). I have dealt with them for over 5 years and they have not disappointed me.

If I could give a no star I would. I places an order or Feb 20th from Las Vegas. The entire time I was tracking my shipment only to find out they placed the wrong address on it. I was already waiting almost 10 days. Beach camera contacted Fedex didn't even contact me to correct the address error on their part. So now having to wait for my product to go back to beachcamera to be recharged to my account and sent all over again. Horrible customer service.

I had a very good experience with this company representative when I ordered an item and was sent the wrong item.
The representative named Lariza was most helpful and understand to my concerns she told me what I needed to do for her to get my concerns taken care of. I immediately acted on the issue and much to my surprise she in return acted quicker to resolve it for me.
I am impressed with this company and the employee they have representing them she was very nice and concerned with my issue and made the process very easy for the customer.

I am very happy with the product and service I received from Beach Camera. I ordered a 77" LG Oled Tv and the price and serve e was excellent. I bought a new LG OLED tv from Beach Camera, they had the best price and I decided to try them after reading several recommendations on the internet. In my experience I can say they're FANTASTIC.

The tv arrived promptly and delivered by professionals, very friendly who called me in advance to arrange a delivery day.

Unfortunately we discovered the tv had a manufacturing defect, and worked with the incredible Maria G., who had also reached out prior to the tv delivery to confirm what to expect, to try and have the tv repaired.

Maria is so helpful and always responded timely, she arranged for me to work with the also fantastic Reynold J., who would work with LG on my behalf. LG declined the repair request, but Beach Camera was very supportive and understanding and we were able to return the tv for a full refund. Maria arranged for the shipping company to pick up the tv for return, and I was fully refunded a week later.

Things happen, but Beach Camera and its amazing customer service really saved the day. I will absolutely be buying our next tv from there again.

Great service

They did miss some parts in a package and the parts went out of stock but I could negotiate with the sales rep and get a discount instead. In a separate instance, I started a return, there were no issues. Got a return shipping label and the money was refunded in a few days.

Bait and Switch?
June 23, 2020

Bought a Cuisinart SS-10 Coffee maker for $139.95 from Amazon. Turns out Amazon had a nearly identical coffee maker with less whatever for $94.95. I was shipped the lesser item and still charged $139.95 plus tax. To their credit, they quickly refunded my money but subsequently contacted me and asked me to change my Amazon rating. In even a more subsequent call from the company, with apologies, I was told that while Amazon was selling two nearly identical coffee makers for different prices, I was charged the higher price for the lower quality item. The gentleman admitted that they only had one SKU for the Cuisinart which suggests false advertising or bait and switch.

Horrible Company Horrible Support

Purchased a tablet pc described as Open Box. When I received it there was nothing inside the box but the tablet wrapped in plastic. No charger, no paperwork, nothing. Contacted Beach Camera and was told the item was used and purchased as-is with no warranty and no return. Complete false advertising. Open Box is NOT the same as used. Avoid this horrible company

Damaged in shipping
February 17, 2021

I ordered a Sunny Tredmill sft4400 off of Amazon, beach camera is a third party seller. Item arrived crushed and plastic parts badly damaged. Box is in terrible condition and item can't be packaged back into it. Styrofoam packing is in pieces contacted beach camera and they said to ship it back. How? Box is damaged! I asked for replacement parts and they said they can't replace parts. Now I have to buy parts from manufacturer! Beach camera offered no refund or payment for parts broken in transit. They can file a claim with FedEx and get refunded. But customers are left with damaged goods. Stay away from this company.

Ordered the Sony ZV-1 bundle with accessories. Items arrived via FedEx and the camera wasn't shipped. Delivery package wasn't opened and arrived perfectly in shape! Some of the accessories had water damage. I contacted the company immediately and reported the issues. They filed an incident report through FedEx and I've had to contact them every few days to get an update. 10 days after the delivery, they told me that they need a police report? They are totally giving me the run around, not addressing and solving the issue. Thank goodness I purchased this item through Amazon! Amazon's now involved with the seller to get the incident addressed and resolved! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company! Read their reviews! This isn't an isolated incident! I see a lot of reviews that reporting missing or not shipped items!

I bought a camera on Amazon. The box never made it to my house, even though FedEx states it was delivered. I called Beach Camera 2 hours after notification that box was delivered to let them not it was not there. It took 4 weeks of frequently calling Beach Camera, extremely poor customer service, and finally my announcement to turn to Amazon for help, before I finally got my money back.

Beach camera gave me a really low price on a Nikon D800 and it has been working well since I bought it. I did not buy an extented warranty. The cameras never break down in their first year anyways. Fast shipping.

Purchased Microsoft surface pro 6 thru Walmart who used beach camera as a seller. I was told by Walmart rep the stylus was included. It wasn't in the box I received along with the computer. After contacting Walmart and beach camera both, I was told the stylus isn't included. I mentioned the conversation I had before making the purchase with Walmart rep, but neither company would send me the stylus that should have been included.

*** SCAM ALERT ***

BEWARE this company. The bottom line: Based on my experiences, I think they buy distressed and not-quite-perfect merchandise, and then sell it at a slight discount. What this means is that if and when you discover the defect, they will offer you an even better price to keep it, or a full refund. In choosing the full refund option, it took literally 25 phone calls (I recorded them) over a 60 day period to get my full refund, including shipping refunded to me, in both instances I purchased from them. They make false promises: "your refund should be in your account in 3 - 5 business days" really means "30 days minimum". I have to laugh at all the 5 star reviews on them - are they paying people to write them? If you choose to do business with this outfit remember, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Don't buy anything from them!

Purchased this TV for a Christmas gift, what a surprise that it did not turn on when the person set it up. Spend 3 hours on the phone with Samsung to trouble shoot it. The representative we had a defective TV. The company sold a detective TV and what me to pay for the shipping back to get my money back.

Ordered from their storefront on Amazon. They abruptly canceled the order and did not offer an explanation until I contacted them through Amazon. Then they replied that the item was not in stock. They offered a discount on another color of the same item and then suddenly changed their mind and decided not to offer any discount at all. Eventually had to order the same item on Amazon, directly from Amazon. Please stay away from them.

I bought a computer on Amazon and even though I researched and googled when the computer came I realized I cannot play my online video game on it b/c the in-game program was not developed for 4K. Other than that the computer was great, came on time etc.
So I called Beach Camera CS just to give it a try not thinking they would really help b/c it was really my mistake not their. They were incredible! They helped me find a computer that would play the game, took the other computer back and sent me the new that is just as awesome as they promised. And I got a full refund. Now that for me is Customer Care unsurpassed!

LG OLED C1 77in and Customer Support
July 15, 2022

I recently purchased an LG C1 77in TV from Buydig at the lowest price I've seen. The process was smooth with timely follow ups when the TV was shipped.

I had an issue where my bank declined the transaction and asked me to reorder the TV. There was a miscommunication on Buydig end and they were unaware of the bank declining it. They ended up shipping out 2 TV's and charged me. I called and Angela Zambrano from customer support was able to cancel the order even though it was shipped out and not charging me. With this type of support, I'd be happy to order from Buydig in the future!
