I shared an issue with my order was resolved by Beach Camera providing me with a full credit and then graciously giving me the product in question at no charge.
Consider this- People that are satisfied aren't looking to post reviews. Sure, some have legitimate complaints and leave negative reviews…. But they are in the minority.
I just bought a Sony Bravia OLED 77" TV and it was shipped cross country
(but they all are at some point, right?). My experience with this people was spectacular and I couldn't be happier- Saved about $700.

The Optoma UHD38 Bright, True 4K UHD Gaming Projector was just what I was looking for in a high end projector. The image is sharp and bright on a 100" screen. We have it installed in our training/meeting room and the video never lags. Presentations are crisp and clear. When viewing the presenters screen, we can read the data in the spreadsheet from the back of the room. The fast delivery was a plus!

I ordered and received a defective camera--the battery was dead and not serviceable right out of the box. I confirmed with the manufacturer that it was not replaceable and the camera needed to be returned. I had to pay return shipping (They would not give me a refund for the camera until it was returned.) Despite contacting them several times to reimburse me for shipping, it was a waste of time and effort. I gave up... DO NOT BUY FROM BEACH CAMERA.

A totally unreliable vendor. In short -- Promised delivery overnight on not one, but two occasions on the same ordered, and failed to deliver on either the original promised date or the revised date.
In detail -- On Thursday, I ordered an item for overnight delivery ie Friday. I called their customer and they confirmed the order was received and they would ship the same day. Beach Camera did not even attempt to charge my card till Friday morning ie they could not delivered on Friday as originally ordered. For whatever security reason AMEX declined the charge. It's a Platinum Card so credit was not the issue. I got that resolved Friday morning within an hour of being alerted. May be being the first time I transacted with Beach. Mind you, no call from Beach on Thursday or even on Friday, that there is a problem with the transaction.
Called up again on Friday, spoke to an agent named Larissa, and was assured delivery would be made on Saturday. Great. I thought I would be able to complete the assignment on Sunday, at least. I waited for delivery, and again no information. And Beach is closed Friday afternoon till Monday morning.
Spoke to Larissa again on Monday afternoon, and I was told the order was in their "verification department". Why on earth did nobody call and speak to me and resolve the issue. Of course, no answer. Tonight I see a mail sent at 430pm from some sender called "BuyDig". The email is timed AFTER I called Beach Camera and cancelled the order in total disgust.
So will caution anyone from buying from Beach Camera. Unless you are prepared to live with complete uncertainty.

Beware of Beach Camera. I purchased a new 70 inch Samsung. What was sent to me was a used unwrapped remote and power cord. Also was sent a broken TV. Plenty of other electronic vendors. Never again!

Stay away from this company! The ship only half your item then disappear! Very upsetting. Thankfully I ordered it from Walmart and they were just the 3rd party seller so I could get my money back.

100% selective scammers. Very believable scam / fraud reviews going back over 15 years, too many to count. Here's mine.
They went to great lengths to try to scam me out of almost $2k, before I reported them to Amazon and the feds.
They very carefully replaced the $2k video projector I paid for with a $200 one. At BEST, they accepted a return "without looking at it," and then resold it to me (which is very much still fraud!)
When I reported it to them, they PATHETICALLY tried to blame FedEx or me. They were EXTREMELY ridiculous and unprofessional and condescending in their excuses and communication. Among other things, they PRETENDED not to understand that while they had scanned a NUMBER on the outer box, that has absolutely NOTHING to do with whether one of their employees swapped the product INSIDE the box. That was seriously their defense, "we scanned the number on the outside of the box." So incredibly stupid.
Their customer service agent repeatedly misspelled his own first name "Luiz" (his name is Luis, usually). Are they giving fake names?
They did NOT follow the process required by Amazon A to Z claims. It was ultimately through reporting them to multiple agencies for fraud and writing angry reviews all over the internet that they, finally, sheepishly TEXTED me LATE ONE NIGHT (it's AGAINST Amazon claim policy to communicate outside of Amazon) suddenly offering to refund in full. This was a VERY long time after I had returned their product to them.
If I worked for Beach Camera, I would resign and then call my family on the phone and apologize for embarrassing them.
Received a very bulky, heavy item slightly damaged, and wanted to keep it, and the seller worked with me to apply a discount so that I could. Great seller who stands behind the products they ship out

I ordered a $500.00 Nikon Camera through Amazon as a gift for my daughter. Delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday. I worked from home that day to receive it. Had a message a little after 2:00 from Amazon that the package was delivered. Which was odd because none of our motion sensors sounded and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. There was no package. So, I pulled up the tracking from Fed Ex. It showed that the package was delivered to my porch/ front door at 11:11. Again, I was home, no knock or doorbell, no motion detectors went off.
I contacted Amazon and they asked me to check my neighbor. I walked the cul de sac and no package with my name at any door. Amazon contacted Beach Camera and now it is Friday. They responded saying, my claim was inconsistent in what Fed Ex was saying.
So... I have no camera for the gift. I don't have another $500.00 to spend. I am out an entire day at the office, and according to Beach Camera, I am also lying.
This is frustrating. Lesson learned on my part.

After paying for the headphones and a hefty shipping fee plus import plus the excange rate, I could have got this product cheaper if I had bought locally :(

The item was shipped by FEDEX and was marked as delivered and signed for. The only problem is I was not home to sign for it FEDEX said they are not requiring customer to sign for there packages at time of delivery. I see that BEACH CAMERA is sending a lot of packages with FEDEX that never show up. If I was a business and had so many problems with FEDEX. I would look for a new shipping company.

Answer: Buyer Beware- Beach Camera Same Day Shipping is claiming "no restocking fee" in this situation. My personal experience was "no refund/ no response", despite fact they sent "used/ refurbished" item when I purchased "like new". They acknowledge by offering $26 discount to "deal with it", and ignored all contact when I didn't accept. Tons of stuff online about them regarding "scams".
