I don't know why anyone would give less than 5 stars, this company is cheapest prices, best customer service and super fast shipping -- along with some double checking if you want it! Who could ask for anything more?

Called because the site had just sold out of tires
After speaking with the agent, he was able to locate 4 tires from 2 different locations to fill my order
Definitely keep them on the roster for future tire purchases

I called and spoke with them about a set of wheels that pulled up under black and looked black in pictures the person on phone said yes they were black but when I received them they were not! I called them back to order another set and was told it was going to cost me $350 dollars for restock and shipping! The person I spoke with the second time said that in the fine print it says pictures may not look like wheels! I've ordered 15-20 sets of wheels in my time and have never had a company do this. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on! I also own two businesses and there is no way I would do my customers as they have done!

Be extremely careful when dealing with this company. I used their "fitment" expert for a set of tires and rims, he assured me the tires would work with my vehicle which they did not. Tried to contact to return just the 2 that would not fit and was informed I would need to pay shipping, as well as a 25% restock fee. Would not do business with them again. Trust me, don't go by the reviews simply look them up on the better business bureau website and see the real reviews.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size rims. After talking to their customer service not only do I have to pay the return shipping they are also going to charge me 25% of my total as a restocking fee. Total bs. Basically the costs of 1 rim and how ever much for the return shipping will be so yea about half of my total if not more... dont use this company what so ever. Oh and this all applies to defects and anything that happens with shipping. Complete and utter bs.

I purchase rims and tires from BB Wheels when the wheels were balance found one rim to have a wobble in it. Notified customer service they wanted a readout from a hunter balancer so
I checked for a local dealer with that balancer found out that most tire shops do not have this balancer. Sent a video of the wheel spinning with the wobble they still want the readout. Waiting to here if they will send a return label to send the wheel and tire back so they can check it Just found a place that can do the balance stay tune. Update had the balance done it clearly showed a flat spot on the rim the vendor wants me to incur all shipping costs and can take up 45 days for them to determine their fault. These are new rims and snow tires after 45 days winter is over so I will not need them. Update 2/05/2024 I contacted the credit card company that I use and filed a complaint they did a investigation into BB Wheels the outcome is they credited my account for the full amount.

Please, for the love of all things sane, STOP using FedEx. Everything else about the experience was great. Simple, straightforward awesome. But FedEx... they said my packages were on the way, then an hour later I called to see where they were and they "lost" them...? Now I have to call off in order to be home for receipt. FedEx SUCKS.

The prices are great, but GOD forbid you need to return or have a customer service issue. I ordered two tires, the next day I found them cheaper locally. I tried to cancel the order the next day and they said it was too late they already shipped. I never signed for the order and the tired were returned to them intact.

Now they want to charge me 20% restocking fee and a shipping fee back to them. There is no shipping fee if I refuse the order.

These guys are just plain crooks. I had my credit card reverse the charge and blocked them from charging me anything more.

Crazy bad customer service.

Purchase set of Ojos and for some reason received a recent purchased and returned wheel that was mishandled in assembly or a 5 o:clock on Friday wheel,I had to return to Factory and B&B helped through the process of getting a replacement. Returns to Manufacturer is the most common way to handle defective merchandise and they could have dumped me off on Vision. Though it did take 2 weeks or maybe more they did do all the leg work and new replacement is on its way. My experience was not the best but could happen any where and B&B were fast, best priced and one person delt with me the whole way and knew where is stood the entire transaction, never once had to explain myself and they just did the right thing for
