Was very easy and simple process to sell them my son's pokemon card collection that was sitting around. Counted my cards out, and they gave me an estimated weight label for my box. Around 7 days after sending the box in I had the money in my paypal. Let me son pick out a new game to buy with the money and he was very happy. In the end, BBToyStore is happy, I'm happy. Will do business again if needed.

I recently placed over 10 orders to sell my Beanie Babies on BBToyStore.com over the course of several months, and was extremely happy with every aspect of the customer service process for each sale. I always received prompt responses to each aspect of the process, including always receiving an agreement to purchase all or most of my items within a day or so of receiving them, and payment within one business day thereafter. I highly recommend this business.

I've done business with Sell2bbnovelties.com several times and have never had a problem. They communicate with the costumer, very friendly, AND they'll pay for your shipping if the order totals over $30. With a wide variety of products and brands on their Buy List, not to mention the BEST pay-outs I've come across so far, I highly recommend.

Their website is very self-explanatory and easy to use. I sold a collection of toys to them, received very prompt responses throughout the process and was paid quickly. Excellent! Thats very rare for a company these days. Would highly recommend.

I have purchased from and sold to BB Novelties over a period of at least 5 years. I have been overjoyed with each and every transaction and I recommend them highly!

We first sent a small shipment of Pluffs and they paid what they said they would. The whole process took under 2 weeks with shipping and processing at the store. We sent a much larger shipment of Beanie Babies and that went even better, the store paying what they said. Money was in my Paypal account when they said it would be. The items were mint condition and the whole experience was drama free.

Website issues, overcharging and under delivering. Clearly the way this store treats you, DOESNT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. Headache of a company located in NJ, let their beanie baby obsession end, shut your doors.

I had some Beanie Babies to sell and their system was very easy to use. Just put items in a cart and ship them off. I found Bob to be very responsive to any questions I had and the sale went very smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I have ordered from BBToyStore three times and all were good experiences. The last order was kind of a special one and they were pretty helpful. Got my stuff quickly. I would recommend them.

I ordered through Amazon. I received my order promptly. One of my items had a defect and when I called, they were quick to solve, replacement arrived fast and perfect! This is a company I would highly recommend! Great prices, fast shipping and again excellent customer service!

I have bought and sold a great deal from/to BB Toy Store and they are the absolute best in the business. Their packaging and customer service are second to none in the collectible world. I have been selling part of my collection off in chunks to them and Bob is an absolute pleasure to deal with. They give better trade-in prices than anywhere I've found online or local. Payment is always received quickly and communication is top-notch which is a very important issue to me.

I have been working for weeks on figuring out what to do with the various thousands of Lego components at my house from my grandson. I took the time to separate out minifigs from broken up sets as well as heads, torsos, legs and weapons. It was pretty easy to upload them on the BB website. Bob reviewed and approved the order and sent me a postage paid label (hey doesn't get better than that!) then processed my order and paid me very timely. Definitely the way to go, thanks so much!

I ordered from them weeks ago, and my package went missing while being delivered. Tracking says the package was delivered, but I never received it, so I contacted customer support.

Their customer support is terrible. They told me to contact the USPS and they would resolve the issue if the package didn't turn up. USPS didn't help so I filed a missing mail form. I relayed the information to BBToyStore, which led to an extremely frustrating experience.

They told me to wait. After a week, I contacted them again and they were less helpful than before. They seemed accusatory because, "It just seems strange that it would have disappeared." Apparently, according to them, mail doesn't go missing and because it says delivered it must have been. And everything comes back to the post office as if they know where it was delivered. I too wish every package had a tracking device so I never had to deal with BBToystore in the first place!

I haven't heard from them since March 17th, and I wouldn't be surprised if I never do again. I don't have what I ordered, and I lost money in the process. All BBToyStore gave me was a headache. I definitely do not recommend buying from them because there are better stores and sellers who are much more trustworthy and customer orientated.

UPDATE 3/20/2017: They seemed to have blocked me from their website. Just to prove how awful their customer service is; there is also a picture attached. It hasn't been 9 days, it's been over a week. And I never said this happened to me all of the time, but that USPS is known for losing mail; I love how they twist my words! They're set in their belief that the post office delivered the package to me; I must be lying or too stupid to find the package in my own mailbox. Terrible service! Terrible store! I'm sorry I ever wasted my time on BBToystore. They're upset I left a bad review, but they decided not to reply to my email and fix the issue. It's their fault as far as I'm concerned. It's not my fault I didn't receive my package. Any store that wants to keep its customers knows to correct the problem as quickly as possible and not upset them further. Hopefully, no one has as difficult a time as I did.

My direct quote about missing packages, and you can see I never said I claim it happens to me all of the time: "It's not strange, the USPS misplaces packages constantly. I worked briefly for Amazon customer service, and people reported missing packages daily, which we had to replace and refund."

Very happy to find this company after trying to sell my Beanie Babies myself. Only positive things to say about my experience. I followed the steps and my order was approved and sale was complete. I dealt with Bob online and he was nothing was helpful and turn around time was great. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanted to sell their TY Beanies.

These guys are awesome! I have sold them many Funko Pops, wacky wobblers and Gentle giant figures. They offered me a fair price for my collection. I have been downsizing my collection and have so far sold to them 3 times.No problems and great service. They give quick responses. I have sold them in January and February of 2019.

I placed two large orders of beanies babies with this business over a two week span. I made a special request for packaging with both Bob and Dave so that the tags could stay in mint condition. Both individuals made sure that my request was fulfilled. I was beyond pleased with the exceptional packaging and care that was taken by the warehouse staff with each beanie baby. Pros: Great communication, great prices, free shipping, trusted business, and they care about the customer's experience.

I had my beanies to sell along with a promise and quote from the owner to purchase them. He, the owner, refused to send me the promised shipping labels, i have had them boxed and ready to go for months waiting on this company to respond to me with promised labels. In my oppinion this is fraud. I could have tried to sell these but i have been waiting on this owner at Bbtoys for over 2 months. I made several calls with a promise from them to purchase my beanies. He quoted the price, and now today he said he doesnt want them, "its not worth it to him", thats terrible not to mention very bad business, to say to a customer and a potential buyer as well.
So i lost other possible sales waiting on his labels, i will be reporting him to the better business bureau.

Excellent experience with sell2BBNovelties.com. Super convenient to search their store by UPC to see if they are buying what Im selling! A quote is produced, and email communication is quick and clear. I have found their offers to be quite fair and they even pay shipping for qualifying purchases. So easy to work with! Im glad to do business with them.

I am in Canada and was very hesitant to send off thousands of dollars worth of Webkinz so I initiated a lot of correspondence with Bob. His responses were immediate and professional. Upon shipping the, I received all of the invoiced money within 7 days of receipt. Considering I sent several hundred, I found this a quick response.
