DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I order some batteries and a charger for my digital camera that's no longer in production, great camera, but batteries etc, need replacing. Put in an order, paid, and waited...I have been waiting since October 2022! They answered 1 email, but offered no help...thereafter they did not reply, despite me emailing. I found their street address, Google maps/street view, didn't instill any confidence. This company is a scam.

Dodgy Company

This Company doesn't meet it's timeframes. Won't respond to emails and has a disconnected number. Do not waste your money. I've done mine and not received my items.

Crap afterservice

Still awaiting a part ordered over a month ago. Batteryweb mobile number disconnected and not replying to my emails... sad to say i think the site is useless and feels like a scam...

DONT ORDER anything from them, let alone pay for it!

Further to my earlier review, Paypal have just advised me that the seller has issued me with a refund and that it could take another 30 days to appear in my account. That too is an unacceptable amount of time considering when you pay the transfer is instantaneous There has been no explanation. I will keep you posted on my progress

After 26 days after ordering, still no battery and no response to email that was forwarded to batteryweb.com.au after 22 days Paypal resolution now lodged. Order at your peril.

The battery I ordered has arrived today 31/01/17 by airmail from Singapore. The order was placed 05/01/17 and at the time said 5-18 days delivery so it was late by a week.
The battery is as advertised a Samsung OEM with manufacture date of Nov 2016. Happy with the product and the pricing. Not happy with the delivery time or the lack (total absence) of information regarding delivery. Dispatch and tracking information would give consumers confidence in the business.

Having waited 2 weeks for delivery of my mobile phone batteries I first emailed the supplier using its email address provided. No response after 3 days. I tried calling phone number direct to voice mail (called three times) left a message. No response after 2 days.

Lodged paypal claim. Immediate response (paypal email). Good were shipped are still being delivered (no eta) can I wait? I said sure is 3 business days enough? No response. I emailed again 6 days since last contact saying no goods or response and want my money back. 3 days pass no response. Logged paypal claim.
