I ordered a mobile phone battery on 04/07/16. The PayPal payment has gone through but I have not received any confirmation of my order from BatteryWeb. I sent a follow up email to confirm they had received my order and still have not received a reply. I am starting to worry if this site is legitimate. I also cannot find a contact phone number. Can anyone help? Thanks

I know this posts has been old. But it seems that i am in the same situation that you were in. I place the order some days ago. The paypal payment was completed right away. However, I got no confirmation of the order or any information about order status. Can you please let me know how things were with your case and what should be done to made the problem solved?
