Initially, I thought the shipping cost was excessive. The replacement you sent had a larger profile,
So I had to modify the equipment (a battery backup), in order to make it fit in the case.

You guys were fine, FED EX home deliverey not so good 2 of 3 were damaged posts 1 repairable 1 not so much. Tryig to figure out where to file a claim with there home deliverey branch.
