The product only holds a charge for one day. The retailer should inform customers the estimated performance expectations for the products they sell. The battery I replaced would hold a charge for three weeks when new, the replacement I purchased requires daily charging which prevents the user from wearing the watch which monitors various health statistics.
Battery came week late and damaged (connecting terminal broken) - useless.
Good price showed up quick and on time battery works great but just did not fit had to cut up my kids four wheeler to make it fit

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
