Little hard finding the battery I needed which turned out was the wrong battery. When I searched over the web using the specific battery ID listed on the old battery it took me to your sight but the battery that was selected from your site was wrong one

I received my battery and it does not work. I tried changing it but still, will not work. I sent and email with a picture attached of my packing slip and no one has responded yet.
