I did receive the item (battery) that I ordered. However, it did not arrive on the date I expected. There was one part missing (nut), but I was able to use one from my old battery to make connection. It works well so far.

I ordered TWO batteries and paid for Two batteries. I only received ONE. Please Explain
Customer Service has not contacted me about the missing hardware or bent connection post.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
