Easy-peasy to order. Shipment took quite a while, then was finally scheduled for delivery on 6/22. Actual delivery of order was 6/26. This delay caused quite a confusing fiasco, which I have already apologized for in an email to your company. I really have no idea why the tracking said order was to be delivered on 6/22 and was delayed till 6/26. Maybe your company should re-evaluate your shipping methods.

Im trying to return or exchange. I emailed - NO RESPONSE. I called and you guys was supposed to call or email me back but NO RESPONSE.
Out of the 2 types of batteries I ordered. 1 is still back ordered which was never indicated when I ordered ( need that battery and if I would of known I would of purchased from somewhere else. Now Im just waiting with no signs of shipping anywhere)
The other battery your site suggested to get didn't work and I had to buy a pair of the batteries. Now Im trying to return.
I tried to get info on a battery but no one was available. I tried your robot but that was a joke. So I ordered a battery. A day later you replied with no help at all. I got the battery and it worked but the connections where different from old one so I had to modify my battery pack. Info would have been nice but I didn't have 24 hours to wait on you and the robot was useless.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
