I had an issue while trying to check out. "there was a problem processing your payment" was the issue. Happened more than once. I called your customer service, but the phone connection/audio when connected was intermittent. Eventually tried to order online again, and the purchase went through. Not an ideal experience overall, but eventually worked out.
Did not get an entercel as ordered, got a AJC which did not fit the leads from the battery box. I am waiting on adapters for the battery I have but not satisfied in that the battery I order has lasted the full 12 years I have been in my house so would prefer same product.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
