Everything went well except that it took very long to receive the battery. I would have expected a 5 business day turnaround at the worst...but this took longer.
It took too long to get the batteries they finally came today which was over a month to receive. You should state on your web site it takes forever to receive what you order

I order these batteries on July 26th with 2 day shipping and still do not have them. I emailed sales for an update on the order and got a response that they would look into it with the warehouse, which I see is a logistics company in Oklahoma. I have received no update since then.

Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
