There were some dimensional issues, the exact specs of the batteries they replace were not identical in size or Ah. Also the outer case on one of the batterowas damaged, but not to the point of leaking, so I used it.
The battery did not have the charge lights in it.

I ordered 3 batteries, paid for 3 day shipping, was billed for 3 batteries but only received 1. I called, sent the requested pictures of the shipping label and the box and explained that the batteries were needed for emergency lights for a business to complete a safety inspection. The shipper offered no apology at all, conveyed no concern at all, and promised the 2 missing batteries would be received in 1-2 business days. It took 3 days - which is not a huge deal, but combined with the apparent apathy I received on the phone when explaining your mistake makes it unlikely I would ever bother ordering from here again. Mistakes happen, I understand, but just a "Sorry about that" would have gone a long way.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
