I placed an order approximately 5 months ago and still have not received it. I have called and emailed repeatedly for status updates. The one time someone actually took my call, I was told the product was on back-order. Since then, the company has not responded to any of my communications. I have a job in my home that cannot be completed because I'm still waiting on this item. This company's disregard for their customers is really disappointing.

We ordered a vanity. After two weeks contacted them about delivery. No one answered our phone call or returned it. Sent an email, and finally got a response. After three weeks, still had problems communicating with someone. Found out our credit card was hacked not long after we placed our order. Don't know if someone at this company did it, but we cancelled the card and the order.

Purchased through amazon too. They should be ashamed. They sold me an old stock sump pump that had a 3 year warranty, but the pump failed after a year so they would not honor it. Beware of this internet company!

Whirlpool tub

Horrible experexperience
November 18, 2019

My order took much longer than it should have and when it arrived it was the completely wrong item. My phone calls went straight to voicemail and emails were returned slowly with improper typing and strange wording that did not address my problem. Repeated requests of how to return the item were ignored. This company is a complete scam I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.

Saw their site as I was searching for tubs. At first I was hesitant, but after talking to their very responsive customer service, I purchased the tub right away. So happy I decided to push through. Saved almost $100 on my purchase. And it arrived perfectly, just how it's presented and described on their site. I couldn't be happier, I can now have more relaxing time with my new soaking tub!

I ordered a steam device via Amazon, which was from Bathtubs Plus. It was delivered on time. On my email request for an installation decription bathtubs Plus responded the same day and provided me with this decription as *. Pdf.

In my eyes this is an excellent and fast customer service that could not be better.

I ordered a shower door due to their cheap prices. The customer service is non-existent. Phone calls get and answering machine. No return calls. The answering machine tells you to e-mail. No response. I have the same issues that all of the other reviews explain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ended up finding the same door at Lowe's for $40 more. Well worth the $40

Great customer service

I just ordered s new whirlpool tub. I had so many questions so I contacted there customer service. I emailed leonard at their customer service. We must have had 15 emails in one day. He answered all my questions clearly so I fully understood the product. I was just totally blown away by Leonards help and patience.
Right now I will leave it at 5 stars. If the tub arrives okay it will stay 5 stars.
Bathtubsplus is a big plus in my opinion.

I've hard the exact same problems with my order with Bathtubs Plus as the other reviewers. I wasn't familiar with the company, so before I placed an order I checked them out and this site was one of the first to crop up. More fool me for ignoring what has been a pretty unanimous experience dealing with this sham of a company. Trust me, they put more effort into creating and maintaining their website than they do actually doing proper business.

I'm now dealing with the actual manufacturer in resolving my problematic order as Bathtubs Plus has ghosted me. I'll be getting Chase Sapphire involved as well. Do not be fooled by their competitive pricing, they'll take your money then sever contact after the emailed order confirmation. This has been a huge headache in our renovation project. I've been an idiot. Don't be like me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a vanity that was supposed to be in stock. My order stayed in the processing state for over two weeks with absolutely no communication. Emails went responded to as did voicemail's. Eventually after many calls I got a hold of them and they said it was back ordered from the manufacture. Manufacture... I thought it was "In Stock". His response was sorry. I canceled and ordered from Home Depot. A bargain isn't a bargain when it cost you this much time effort and you still don't get it. Stay away from these guys

New bathtub.

The service provided by Bathtubs plus was great. The transaction was smooth, all question were answered prior to buying the bathtub. Every e-mail sent was answered and the communication with their costumer service was excellent. I had an issue with manufacturing company and they helped me out to resolved. So I will recommend Bathtubs plus to every body.

Definitely will be coming back to these guys for any of my future purchases. Accidentally found them when I was googling for better deals on a model of tub I wanted. Not only were they over $100 cheaper, they included free freight shipping, AND instead of the 5-7 WEEKS wait that my original guys were going to give me, I got the tub within 10 days.
Can't wait to get it installed and do mermaid photoshoots of the wife.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM BATHTUBS PLUS!
You might as well just give your money away. If I could give a negative star amount it would be -5.
Of course they will take your order and your money, but if you need to return the item they don't return your emails or your phone calls. When I was finally able to get a hold of somebody it still took me emailing and calling several times to get an actual answer out of them. I finally had to go through the actual manufacturer to get my shower doors returned. Unfortunately, for the actual monetary refund it has to come from Bathtubs Plus. I returned my shower doors 30 days ago and can't get them to refund my money. I had to finally contacts my credit card company and get them involved to get my money back! Still waiting on all that.

Look at all the reviews here - identical issue. They give better shipping dates than their competitors at higher prices, then they deliver everything much later than claimed, in many cases, later than their less expensive competitors. I complained and asked for the $82.00 difference back when my product didn't even ship by the time the arrival date had arrived - they conveniently went dark and won't respond. CAVEAT EMPTOR - stay away - it's a scam site.

Don't Bother
March 17, 2017

On 2-20-2017 I ordered 3 shower tub fixtures for a remodeling project. The pricing on what I wanted, according to the website was 35% less than other vendors. However, as of the date of this review, 2 emails and 3 phone calls later, I have yet to receive my merchandise. They have not answered my correspondence or made any effort to contact me. My advice to EVERYONE is to stay away from BathtubsPlus.com
