I am pleased with my experience in dealing with BathSelect for fixtures for my remodel on my bathroom. Prices were competitive and service was great, will definitely be doing business here again!
We have made 2 purchase in the past 3 month. First we ordered for our master bath the Dijon 22" LED Color Changing Thermostatic Waterfall Rain Shower System and later within a month we ordered the Cecilia Stainless Steel Shower Set. We were sucsseful for Both our purchases the shower sets were stunning the quality of material are no doubt solid brass no plastic parts like you might get from other stores. The installation instructions were clear and simple although we ran into a small issue when installing the 2nd shower set but Bath Select customer service was professional enough to resolve it immediately.
Customer service was impeccable! Highly recommend. They have a wide array of products that are well made and worth the price. They are very helpful and knowledgeable

This is just what I needed to help accentuate my bathroom. It really makes my bathroom look so much better! The bathroom hardware is nicely made and good quality too. Easy to set up and start using.
4+ Months after I ordered a faucet for a commercial project, I have not received the faucet. They kept giving me and endless 2-3 week lead time, which was providing me false hope. I ended up ordering from another company, who overnighted the faucets free of charge and I received them in mint condition the next day. I requested a refund a month ago and they still have not processed the refund! They should be shut down. Completely inept company who appears to be DOING FRAUDULENT WORK, as TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NO PROCESS RETURNS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!
I absolutely love my new bathroom faucet! It ties my whole bathroom together perfectly! The staff was so helpful and courteous I would recommend them to everyone i know!
