Baskin Robbins

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday on the baskinrobbins.com website. The order was for pick up three days later and was assigned to their Lake Worth, FL location. Received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged $46. I arrived at the location on the designated day to pick it up and it had not been made. No discount was offered, I was told to choose a pre-made cake from the case. They had a very limited supply. Suffice to say, I ended up with a cake I didn't want, in a terrible color and drove 45 min out of my way to get it. Very angry and have disputed the charge with my card company. I would be VERY wary of ordering ANYTHING from the Baskinrobbins website.

They never have hot fudge and are usually out of quarts involving popular choices. There scoops are skimpy and their service is slow. The only reason why I go is their ice cream is better than Sonic and I loved them in the sixties.

The flavor of the childhood, innit? Exactly.
I love their ice cream back in the days and always all the time we were waling with my parents, I begged them to come over this joint to have a tasty chocolate chip ice cream. It's worth noting that other flavors are delicious, too. I have tried many of them, but unfortunately nowadays I am not interested in the ice cream much.
In very rare cases I eat it.

5/7/23 - 7:42, Sp Mills Baskins Robbins. Arrived at 7:43, drive thru, had to yell if anyone was available. Finally, as I'm trying to place my order, I could hear girls screaming in the background and could barely hear lady taking my order. I asked for a lg frozen chocolate drink with caramel swirl; she tried to sell me a coffee. So I asked for a lg milkshake, she said ok, but no caramel swirl available. Placed additional order. Arrive to window, there was no one available to take my $$ for like 5 minutes. I almost drove away to go to DQ! I voiced my dissatisfaction about poor service. Young lady did apologize. When I inquired about chocolate drink with caramel swirl, she said, "we can do that!" So, she had to remake it, another 5 min. Wait. Finally, I pay for my order for $30 experiencing total aggravation. It was after 8:00 when I left the drive thru. There were 3 cars behind me! Additionally, This was my second visit requesting a banana split, (over an 2 wk period) and both times they had no bananas! I know there's not a shortage of bananas!

They offer a wide range of flavours and top customer service with very reasonable pricing.
Very good and reliable brand for ages...
