Don't waste your time or money with this company. They over sell and under deliver. You will have to chase them to get the service you pay for. Extremely unprofessional. I am not sure if the techs are any good they never perform services you pay for. I do know that at least one salesman does not keep his word after you have paid for your service he will NEVER contact you back. BEWARE!
I was connected to Bask through GoDaddy. They said they would call back in 15 minutes. It took them almost 4 hours to call back... I should have known at that point. I explained the problem and the tech said no problem, I asked if he works oil a Mac, he says of course... I could sort of tell he knew nothing by how he was accessing my screen. They took almost another 4 hours to do a work around. They messed up my e-mail so bad. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND using BASK IT. Don't waste your time or your money with this company.
Over the last year, the service has hit rock bottom. The call back in 1 hour, turns into never. Canceling now if I can find some way to contact them. I have paid for a business account for several years but extremely disappointed in what they have become.
I would highly recommend not ever getting any subscription with this company. They make you hold on the phone for hours and have dumbest amd worst IT support. They have ruined my entire server system and computer and all the supervisors which are supposedly working from home, will not respond. Worst service i have ever come across.

We have a small business and have paid for Bask Tech Support for 2 years. It used to be fine. It is NOW TERRIBLE AND USELESS. I have held for 45 minutes for urgent help and given up. I will not be renewing. A service you can't reach is useless.
They are low level tec support. Run they don't know what the heck it requires to help you out.
But they do want that money.
The tech support is pretty good if you can get somebody. I have the most expensive service contract and the wait times are hours.
