Love the bag. Web site is hard to use. Also wanted to monogram my Axis bag. I choose the stripe and then It made you pic no strip no monogram. Didn't make since after trying several times. So I finally just did your logo.

Your website is very confusing! I had to call & talk to a person in order to get the product ordered. Also, since this is a gift, you spoiled the surprise byplacing the information with monogram & city at the bottom after I placed my order. I did not get 10% off either even though I entered that ridiculously long promo code. That's it!
