I could not tell from the website that the stripe and monogram were part of the print vs. an overlay. The print and monogram looked very digital/flat in person, but the overall quality of the bag was good.

Had a very difficult time ordering from a mobile device. Couldn't get it to work so I went to a pc and finally got it to work.

I didn't realize that this was shipped requiring a signature. Had it been explicitly written down that we needed to have someone sign for the package, I would have changed the delivery site. It's very hard to sign for packages when you are out at work; I suggest making that part more clear.

The site is tough to figure out, especially from a mobile device. I was disappointed that the pattern I wanted most (Axis) is not available with the custom color stripe and monogram. I feel like I had to make a compromise on the print in order to get the monogram I wanted, which isn't a great way to feel about any purchase.
The bag is awesome! I've been looking for a fashionable and functional tote bag for a long time.
