Recently order a small personalized tote for myself. The experience was mixed, website wasn't easy to navigate while ordering, after several attempts I was able to place customized order. I received an email from Barrington, it confirmed order and said I would be notified when bag shipped. This never happened. In email it said that order would arrive in 10-14 days, it arrived 17 days after order was placed. The bag is beautiful, exactly what I wanted, however it was packed in a flat box. The bottom of bag would not sit flat on level surface for a few days because there was a fold from the way it was packaged.
The products are beautiful, but I had two issues. First, I was never sent a tracking number. While my packages came quickly (thanks!), I did not realize that they were being delivered and needed a signature. I would have liked a heads up. Also, I am thankful for the wedding party discount code, but it's no better than other sales y'all have. I know that you even have 20% off at times. Brides buy many products, and I would ask y'all to consider a more thoughtful discount. Overall, the product makes up for these issues and the wedding team was kind.

You ordering system is confusing. I never received email confirmation of the order. Instead, I reached out to Soggia, and she assisted me.
I clicked on a link to confirm that I have received my order and was brought to a page to write a review for my purchase. I ordered the clear pouch which I love and have several of. However I really hate that Barrington Gifts does not give shipping options but always ships with a signature required at delivery. Why? Totally unnecessary and usually requires me to make a special trip to the FedEx location about 30 minutes from where I live. I really would like to have the choice to opt out of signature delivery. Hence, my rating of 2 stars.

Would love to be able to track my order. "In Process" was all that shows when trying to determine when to expect the product, and then when I did receive notification of a package coming, it did not list who it was from.
