I lost my wallet in London. I loved it and wanted to replace it, but the pattern I wanted was no longer on the website. I contacted customer service and was told what to do in order to get the exact same wallet. Thank you for making it happen.
Recently order a small personalized tote for myself. The experience was mixed, website wasn't easy to navigate while ordering, after several attempts I was able to place customized order. I received an email from Barrington, it confirmed order and said I would be notified when bag shipped. This never happened. In email it said that order would arrive in 10-14 days, it arrived 17 days after order was placed. The bag is beautiful, exactly what I wanted, however it was packed in a flat box. The bottom of bag would not sit flat on level surface for a few days because there was a fold from the way it was packaged.
The Barrington handbag is a great alternative to the classic evening clutch. The handbag has a vibrant color, but still sporting a formal look for evening events. The design of this handbag is so beautiful and elegant.

This is my 3rd order through Barrington, and as always, their products are perfection. From crossbody to tote to weekend duffel, it's all I carry. This was my first time needing customer service, and Sofia was so helpful!

They sell quality bags here, I've not had any issues with them since I have been buying. Delivery is also very fast. I'd visit there again
Living in Dallas, hubby and I just ‘popped -in' on our way to lunch, not knowing the showroom is currently by appoint only. The ladies there were so nice and allowed us to shop right then and there! They brought out several items and let me ‘try-on' the sizes, since I'm rather petite. We ended up ordering the Savannah zip bag in the Axis Deer pattern. It arrived today and I must say I LOVE the bag. It was exactly what I wanted and a perfect size for me. This certainly won't be my last purchase!

Love love love these bags! This is my third St Anne tote. I always get SO many compliments on them. I've had 2 fawn prints and everyone always thinks it's real fur. The personalization options are practically endless, which makes them even more special. I'm a forever fan!
I now own 7 Barrington bags of various size and shapes. I just can't seem to have enough! This bag is perfect for everyday use. My toxic trait is buying the zipper top, but never USING the zipper top. Either way, it's a nice feature.

The products are beautiful, but I had two issues. First, I was never sent a tracking number. While my packages came quickly (thanks!), I did not realize that they were being delivered and needed a signature. I would have liked a heads up. Also, I am thankful for the wedding party discount code, but it's no better than other sales y'all have. I know that you even have 20% off at times. Brides buy many products, and I would ask y'all to consider a more thoughtful discount. Overall, the product makes up for these issues and the wedding team was kind.

I had a very difficult time putting in the order. The directions were not clear to me and the navigation between choices was iffy and sometimes impossible. If it had not been a much wanted Christmas gift for our granddaughter, I would have just gone somewhere else.
