There is a wide choice of small bags and I couldn't choose for a while)) The site works well and actually very easy to manage. The ordering process took a bit more time than I expected, there were some issues with money transactions. Nevertheless, the package arrived soon, without delay.
Would love to be able to track my order. "In Process" was all that shows when trying to determine when to expect the product, and then when I did receive notification of a package coming, it did not list who it was from.
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the item I ordered. It does not appear to be genuine leather. I also was not aware these items shipped from an international location.
I never received any shipping information for my purse. I happened to receive it the day I was going out of town. SO GLAD it came right before I left that evening, otherwise a porch pirate could have easily grabbed it. Unfortunately, packages are stolen from our porches all the time.
Hi There, I love your products but it took me seven tries to get the bag I wanted into your shopping cart for some reason. Tried on two separate occasions thinking it could be my wifi but same error occurred.
Beautiful items but customization buttons are difficult to use especially on mobile. Would love updates to the 'design studio' to make user experience easier! I also feel as if these bags are overpriced to be manufactured in China, but I noticed on the blog a factory worker was featured so it makes me think that they do care about their factory workers and pay them fair wages. I would LOVE to see continued transparency on this and I would justify the cost of these items (which are good quality, but I can find similar for cheaper) if i knew the workers received fair wages.
Overall ok, but the bag itself is much bigger than I thought. I was surprised that even an item without monogramming is not returnable. I would have wanted to switch it out for the slightly smaller one of the same. It is hard to get an idea of the size even with measurements until you see it. As a first time Barrington customer, while the quality is good, i doubt I'll ever order from you again with so little flexibility and no local brick and mortar store. Sorry, but I won't be recommending you now that I have a bag that is almost but not quite what I wanted and I'm $300+ out and can't do anything about it.

I absolutely love my Barrington travel bag. I love that the bag has a sleeve to attach to my suitcase. I wish Barrington sold a smaller bag with a sleeve for travel occasions.
I bought my husband his 1st one In 2016 and he's loved it. I recently bought his 2nd one, 8 years later, since that one had seen better days. He says it's the only wallet he'll ever have. It's compact enough yet still holds everything he needs. Great wallet, very well made!
It did take a full 2 weeks to receive my bag. The bag looks great and is very functional. I'll likely order more from Barrington gifts in the future.

So glad that the patterns by Emily were offered for the last time. I was able to order the beautiful pink flower pattern. I ordered the Sullivan tote this time instead of the Savannah tote. I wanted a smaller tote, but I sure miss the outside pocket for my cell phone like the Savannah has. Love my Barrington totes!
Had trouble finding the pattern on your website, but your customer service sent me a direct link by email, so I could order the beautifully-made Savannah zippered tote with such a fun Longhorn cattle print. Get compliments every time I carry it.
I debated on monogram colors (red/pink) on blue Fireworks pattern and when it arrived it looked even better than expected! Also I like how the leather zipper panels fold down flush inside the bag when you're not using the zipper. Very clever product design.
I was looking for a slim wallet for my picky teenager. My brother has one of these and recommended it because he said it was very high quality. Ordered it and it arrived much faster than I expected AND looks great. The best part is that the teenager loves it and uses it since he no longer uses a phone case that holds his drivers license and credit card. Mom points!

This order was a replacement for my first Barrington St Anne tote. I carried the original purse for years and it seemed like a good time to replace and take advantage of your sale. This time, I ordered with the zipper closure. Love that. I absolutely love these totes. The three pockets on one side and the large zipper compartment on the other really make this tote useful. I get more compliments and comments on this purse than anything I have ever owed. As a matter of fact, while at the bank, a man actually came up to me because he was a big game hunter and what to know about this purse in the axis deer print. He wanted to buy one for his wife! I'm a walking advertisement Barrington! Seriously, people of all races and different socioeconomic status stop me and ask about this purse. They are usually surprised that it's not real fur and I always tell them about your website and I'm sure to add that you are a local company out of Dallas. I have purchased the St Anne tote as gifts as well. Love it!
