Not what I paid for

Had done a lot of shopping for barn door hardware. Found this company and was excited as their site says they offer custom track lengths, but a premium price. I ordered a track length of 8'-4" which is not a commonly made length. They sent me TWO separate tracks of 4'-2" each. And they didn't send me the door pulls I ordered. They are not worth the extra cost and have not returned my calls or emails.
