December 8th I went into the Banner Clinic on Southern and Crismon at 10:10 AM. There were several people already there, so I knew I was in for a wait. By 11:00 AM I was the only one left in the waiting room, then two more women came and a young man came in. When one of the women went in before me I went up to ask about my turn to see the PA. I was informed that she had not checked me in yet and that she would do that right away. I had filled out my forms and given her my ID and Medicare cards at 10:10 when I first came in. As I went back to my seat I looked back at the girls at the desk and they were having a little chuckle. The other two people in the waiting room that came in after me went in the see the PA. And then it was my turn, I was given my ID and Medicare cards and I was lead into the office. After having my blood pressure and weight were taken, I was led into an examination room to meet the PA. On the way I asked for a business card for the clinic manager and I was informed that they do not have any. I was brought a form to fill out and they would give it to the manager. It was a blank piece of paper with lines. I did not fill that out because I figured that was part of the prank and it would go right in the garbage. A lady came in and asked about my symptoms and asked why I was upset about the 20 minute wait, I explained to her that it was nearly two hour wait and that several people had been seen that came in after me. She said the PA would be in shortly. She came in and asked why I was upset and she was concerned about my high blood pressure, I told her the story and she wrote me a prescription. She also said they were going to check my blood pressure again, I told her it was not going to go down that fast after the big prank I was played. I am a 71 year old man from Minnesota and I was picked to be the butt of their joke that morning. Last year I went into the Banner emergency room for vertigo and was treated was respect and treated very quickly, that is why I went back to the Banner Clinic.

Where to START!? I have never been so mistreated as a patient or have ever seen anything like this! I wanted to establish a primary care Dr. I had an appt with Dr. Geny Augustine, left that appt already frustrated, this was on 1/28/25. She ordered some lab work, when I asked her assistant where would she prefer I get the lab work done? Her replay back was "anywhere your health insurance approves" lab work done 2/17/25, by 3/12/25 I heard nothing from her regarding my results, so I called the office and asked why hasn't she or anyone in her office called me to go over the results with me? The answer was we will send her a message, and this was going to be escalated to management. Called again on 3/13/25 same question, again was told this will be escalated to management. On 3/24/25 I receive an e-mail from the Dr. saying she's suggesting further testing, I replied back and asked what is she suggesting? And here we are 4/16/25 no respond from her, no respond from management. I called again on 4/2/25 same thing we're sorry someone from management will call you. I called today 4/16/25 and after getting the ring around as usual, no management available to speak to me, after 45 minutes on the phone! Once again I was told "I send an e-mails to ALL upper management, etc... I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO A BANNER DR., HOSPITAL OR URGENT CARE! Banner and it's employees should be ASHAMED of themselves on how they treat patients! THIS IS OUR HEALTH NOT SOMETHING FOR THEM TO TOY AROUND WITH! SHAME ON YOU BANNER... SHAME!

It's OK and super easy to use! Even my dad was quite pleased with this site. There are a lot doctors and locations available, just go there and see for yourself.
