This is my 1st time ordering from Banner Buzz and it has been more then great. It is a Saturday, I wanted to double-check about the business cards for our Public School Robotics Team before placing my order and Nathan has been SOOO helpful! Not only he walked me through to make sure that I will receive the correct product but he also told me about how to set our non-for-profit account with them (we will need flyers, banners, displays, etc.) and to make sure we can get the tax-exampt benefit. Calling customer service is a waste of time! Received crap quality product and customer do not respond and do not care! Promises broken, no call back from anyone - delivery timescales ignored despite paying for speedy delivery… then when it arrives bits missing and in terrible condition.
My second order with them (that was placed 1 day later), is also having issues - promised delivery time scales exceeded… time sensitive products that they simply shrug at meeting their obligations!

Everything I ordered arrived in a very timely manner. They were all totally correct, and nothing was missing. The quality of the banners etc is exactly what I was hoping for too! I should also mention BannerBuzz has been the best value as well.

The ordering process was easy, getting the designers to call you back when they say there is an issue with your order. This delayed our order by a few days, which then changed our delivery address. Instead of BannerBuzz changing the address for our whole order they only did two items. We got the two items right away but the rest of our order was shipped to an address which we were not at and told them several times we would not be there, which resulted in getting our items weeks late ( and we paid for priority shipping). They said they would refund our priority shipping, they refunded half but we never received the other $30 plus dollars. The products that we received are very nice and exactly what the website showed.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
