Easy to design, and the staff are very helpful if you get it wrong. If the photos etc. aren't large enough for the banner you designed, they will enlarge them for you.

So disappointed with this service. I went for the design option and it is truly awful. The wind hole is in the middle of my logo, the file name is printed at the bottom, and the whole experience has been very slow too.

Straight forward to use and great customer service throughout, very easy to use website, great communication from their team all the way through and a great quality end result.

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The fact I have been sent survey when order was cancelled says it all!
Thankfully the refund WAS efficient!

The design process was reasonably easy and they checked the quality of images. One thing to be aware of, this was air freighted into Stanstead so it is not actually made in the UK, however, it was delivered on the day specified so it was not delayed.

Excellent service, well mannered and helpful staff. They carried out my order to the letter. I would recommend them every time.

Paid extra for express delivery the item was supposed to arrive by the 13th October, it finally arrived on the 27th. To be fair the product is quite good but you need to allow a long delivery time as it will be arriving from India. Which i wasn't aware of.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The banner arrived quickly, the print quality is fantastic, and the colours look exactly how I imagined. Great value for money and really helpful communication throughout. Highly recommend!

For the amount of choice, the free help with adjusting the quality (to be excellent), the speed of production and delivery, I cannot fault this company. I was also able to get a good discount which made the price amazing too. The only issue for me, was that with not being computer literate, I did need a little help with 'making' the poster.

What great experiance. Took a while to get the proof right, but once that was doen they produced the flags and delivered them within 3 days.

Arrived with edges damaged or bent on the film meaning it wont stick to glass propery on edges. The design in the middle wrapped with masking tape meant when pealing away it would damage, stretch and remove the logo design from the glass

I've had many vinyl banners produced and they contain fond memories of dogs, sporting occasions and RAF experiences. They are mounted outside in my sanctuary down the field where I can sit, reflect and remember. Priceless!

Avoid at all costs, shocking bad company and really unhelpful. Wish I had looked at their poor feedback rather than google advert

Company is in India, chose express delivery and paid ridiculous amount for it to not be that express as didnt realise it was coming from India. Products looked ok, but when applied to window it was very obvious that there were scratches in the frosting which made them look awful when applied to the window so had to remove. Complete waste ot time and money

Real hassle with delivery company. They kept trying to delivery while giving no notice, thus it was impossible to make arrangments, meaning I didn't get the products till 4 days after I was supposed to.

Over the years we have had vinyls on Music Trailer for different Majorette Troupes and Dance Teams. The Quality and look of this latest vinyls to be applied are the Best Ever Vinyls we have purchased Plus the FREE service to make the vinyls become high resolution was FANTASTIC.

We've purchased two items now from Bannerbuzz and have been so impressed with the product/service we received. High quality fabric, easy ordering process (I've used both the "upload your own" and the designer on the website itself), quality printing especially as we ordered large items. Great service too both over the phone and with quick turnaround and delivery times. Would 100% recommend!

Where do I start I ordered a 3m tube man and 1.8m fan my fault totally, issue being screw fell out of fan on first use rattling banging, complained and get told I ordered wrong size, so I need to order new size fan which I did, but went back and said fan still not fit for purpose they eventually agreed and wanted me to pay an upgrade to a larger fan but had already ordered a bigger one so didn't want this, in the meantime the larger one I upgraded too arrived but it was in fact another smaller one so I have now paid £60 extra for a fan that I paid a lot less for and now have two small fans one not fit for purpose and other not what I even ordered… absolute joke, I cannot understand how this can be so much hassle.
