I simply wanted a repeat order after 9 months, but my Artwork had been disposed of by Bannerbuzz after 6 months so I had to resubmit. I did. Then they said my font size (accepted last time) was no longer acceptable, as it was too small. So it all turned out to require several emails and was a lot harder to get my boomarks than I expected.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to face unexpected hurdles when reordering something you’ve had before.As per our policy, we keep artwork files for up to 6 months to make it easier for our customers to reorder directly. After that time, the files are unfortunately no longer available, which is why we had to go through the proofing process again for your new order. We truly regret that this additional step led to delays and made the process more complicated than it should have been, especially when the font size issue arose, which had previously been accepted.Please know that your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we will continue to work on improving our process to make things smoother for our customers in the future. However, the contact number provided was incorrect, which prevented us from reaching you. Additionally, the proof approval was received approximately 9 hours later, which resulted in a one-day shift in the delivery timeline.We understand the concerns this situation may have caused. We also see that your order has been canceled, and the refund has been successfully initiated. I placed a small test order to begin with and I was blown away by the level of service, the ease of the design tool and the quality of the products.
I then placed a very large order and the design proofs were amended on my behalf according to my comments and then despatched speedily. They arrived in perfect condition, all nicely wrapped to protect them from dining against each other or getting damaged on a fall.
The design tool can be a little buggy from time to time when trying to resize a plaque, the text size isn't true to font size anymore. But overall it's so easy to use and you can achieve great results.

I ordered vinyl banners to use in our church noticeboards as I couldn't find anywhere to do custom sized extra large posters. I'm so pleased with them, the print quality is good, they were easy to put up and the magnets hold them in place well. No more crinkling paper ones!
