First order, everything looks good. Haven't got it all unpacked yet but what we see is very nicely done
The banner has very bad wrinkles in it from the way it was packed and shipped if they would roll it using a hard tube it wouldn't happen

The company DID act fast and refunded me promptly, wheter on good conscience or to save face. I wont go back again but am glad they handled it.
I purchased a simple banner from them and they royally screwed it up. The product sent was lighter in color (nothing like the original picture sent) and had white blotches on it. Second, the item was made of the cheapest material ever, and upon more research I found that the company is actually from India, using a "suite" in Georgia as their main address. STAY AWAY AND GO TO ALLSTATE BANNERS INSTEAD. Now im stuck with this cheap piece of crap and guess what? They offer no help getting refunds and could care less since they are located thousands of miles away. BE WARNED.
My package was held in customs at the airport for 4 days for no apparent reason and I missed my event that I needed them for, Very disappointing

We use top-quality shipping carriers; however, BannerBuzz has no control over 3rd party couriers' performance and is not responsible for any delay that arises from the couriers' shipping service. The same is mentioned on the website. However, we can understand your concern and as there was a delay in delivery, we have initiated a refund request for the shipping charges. Once approved will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, the amount may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team via call or chat.
