If you wish to place an order for frame, you need to select the "Add frame option". Our team has also sent you the same information via email so we would request you to refer the same in order to avoid this to happen in future.

I found it a fairly intuitive system and am happy with the end product, although the wording on the bottom did get cut off.

The chat thing wasn't the best or very helpful but overall the product looks great and delivery was fast. Hard for one person to set up but do-able.

Our records indicate that several shade changes were requested on your order and each time we shared the proof with the requested color. The color we have printed is the one shown in the final proof which was approved. Regrettably, colors are notorious for looking different on different computer screens based on the display settings. Additionally, minor color variation is expected from one print media to another.
