Bad service

I ordered one shirts it's been two months now still haven't recieved it and also they sent me a tracking number and it says it has not been received from the sender but band merch sent me a email it's been shipped so I would not even give this company a 1 star and I definitely will never order again

I waited forever for my order to ship and finally received it. They took my payment immediately but took their old, sweet time in shipping my order.

The shirt I received looks nothing like what is pictured on the website. And now I can't get a hold of the company to return their bait and switch product.

Between their lack of customer service, delayed shipping practices and misrepresentation of merchandise, it's way too aggravating of a shopping experience.

Oh and the time before this, I also waited forever for them to ship. And when I finally received it? It was someone else's order!

I paid extra for express shipping and it took much longer than expected due to a "processing time" that they don't tell you about. I would go somewhere else to buy these products, customer service is extremely unhelpful and not empathetic.

I bought a shirt from this company through weezer as a christmas present. It said it should get to me in 3 days. A week later, I didn't have the shirt so I started emailing and calling. This went on for weeks with little response. No one ever answered the phone or email. When the finally called me back, they were very vague in where my shipment was and didn't give much info. I kept waiting hoping it would show up, but it never did. Still haven't figured this out three months later

Have emailed and called since ordering an Anderson Paak t-shirt in early April. They never answer calls or return calls. Email is always vague, " the item you ordered is a pre-order, you will be notified when your order is processed." I PAID FOR IT, that is not a damn pre-order. One month later still haven't received. Contacting Feds on mail fraud and wire fraud!

Shady practices - buyer beware

I ordered 2 shirts from authentic band merchandise. I didn't get a confirmation right away so I thought the order didn't go through. Therefore, I ordered 2 more of the same shirts. I explained what happened right away, but they refused to allow me to return the duplicates.

Don't buy from here

Horrible quality. Even if you buy the "premium" or high end one. They are all the same. And they are yuck. And customer service is non existent. Tried email, phone and live chat. Never a response and never talked to anyone.

This website is horrible. They claim the be partnered with SONY for selling legitimate band merch. They have a poor selection, and the shirts do not even look legitimate. I ordered a few shirts from these guys and they were poor in quality. I am big on band merch and this was a complete disappointment. I will not buy anything from these guys ever again.

I ordered a shirt as a christmas gift hoping it'd be delivered by chr eve. I kept calling their number 5 days in a row to make sure I would receive the item before Christmas, they never picked up; I left a voicemail with my number and reason for calling, they never got back to me. However, one week after I had made the order, they started processing it. It said that I would receive the item in 5-10 business days, but it has been 14 days, and the item is still in US apparently. Never seen such careless CS before

This is what I sent them. If considering this store please heed my warning:
Following up on order #xxxxx, the item was ordered june 27th and has been sitting in Maryland for weeks now.
It may be a postal service issue, but you use them and no one should have to hunt down a purchase. At this point i don't even care if i get the item. From purchase to receiving the items (the ones that were delivered) is the longest time period from any store ive ever purchased from. Based on reviews your business seems to have major issues. I gave the benefit of the doubt so thats my fault. I will not be purchasing from you ever again and will also tell friends and acquaintances your business is slow and unreliable. Reviews will be posted as well that detail my first and only experience with you.
With that said, no hard feelings. Lesson learned. For your benefit i do hope your business improves.

So they sent the wrong shirt. I attempted several times to call and or email with no response. Eventually after about 5 calls with voice mails and 20 emails they answered, only to send a return label and then ignore more calls and emails. Eventually after even more calls they called back (I was floored) the shirt I originally ordered was sent out. I finally received it after a month. This company is absolutely awful. I will never deal with them again. Un$#*!ingreal.

I ordered a shirt from this store. To my surprise, it was delivered in just a few days of placing my order. I ordered a shirt for a male and the quality was great. The shirt is nice and thick and soft. I haven't washed it as it's a Christmas gift but the design looks solid so I'm certain it won't be an issue. Also, I ordered a large and it actually looks like a large is suppose to be, meaning it's a bit on the bigger side. Overall happy customer!

I ordered two shirts from them and one was the wrong size and misprinted. I reached out to them about the problem and they said they cant do returns for these items because they were discounted. The shirt was $35 with a discount of like $0.95 cents. I told them that they were the wrong size that was sent but they still did nothing to fix this and not even get back to me. They are giving tiny discounts on items just so they wont have to do returns and then still just ship you wrong sizes and misprinted faulty shirts. They are a joke of a company.

This site is a scam.

Ordered an Item on December 7th with the promise of delivery on December 17th, and they delayed the shipping date to January 7th, ok whatever. Fast forward to January 15th, and I still haven't heard anything from the company and their customer service is constantly "unavailable" and haven't heard anything since.

Update:

I have received the product I ordered, but I had to call and email them multiple times in order to get my item shipped. They told me they had to talk to their warehouse manager to get it sorted out. A bit frustrating that I have to investigate this instead of the company informing me or looking into this without me having to ask them.

I will NEVER purchase anything from BandMerch again. CS auto reply message says
Due to an increased volume of support tickets, you will receive initial feedback and help within 24-48 Hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
But then they never resolved my issue and I've tried 5 times.
Maybe if they resolved issues the first time they wouldn't have an increase volume of support tickets.

I hope you find this review helpful and help yourself a headache.
- Quality: T-shirts are not soft cotton as they say. They are more that cheap quality - thick cotton that you will find in a Gas Station or Walmart.
- Price: extremely expensive considering the cheap quality and the low resolution images.
- Shipping: I completely understand delays due to Covid but this is ridiculous. They explained later that processing time before shipping can take up to 7 business days plus the 5-7 additional shipping dates. Be ready to wait 2-3 weeks minimum. ( and they don't come from China or maybe they do).
- Customer Service: No phone number to call. Only interaction via email, Extremely passive aggressive and little to none support. It is almost like they design the whole experience for you to just give up and loose your money if you want to return the items.
- I wish they apply the same agility to solve problems, as They do to charge our credit card. They charged me within within seconds after placing my Order. Return of my money is 7-14 business days!
